Overview
The Collectors developed an application to help those that collect blindbox figures from companies such as PopMart and Sonny Angels to be able to keep track of their current collection as well as view what other figures that they might be missing or want to obtain. The application also contains a way for users to buy and trade figures with other users.
Business Strategy
After determining what our team wanted to create for our start-up, an analysis was done to see the strengths and weaknesses that our team would encounter as well as what opportunities and threats that might emerge. Additionally, a brief description of the project that the team wants to develop is included. The full business strategy can be viewed here.
Business Case
Our team broke down each aspect of our business as well as the different factors that would be involved in the creation of the application. The full business case document can be viewed here.
Requirements
Our team determined the top 10 requirements that were needed for our business and our application. After narrowing down to those 10 requirements, those were then narrowed down to the top 5 most important requirements. Those requirements were then broken down into different components and tasks to visualize what needs to be done to meet those requirements as well as include descriptions of each requirement and their importance. The requirements, WBS, and WBS dictionary can be found here.
